The Optimise Group has been operating since 1986 to provide a wide selection of computer systems and services to a vast range of organisations in industry and the public sector. Due to having operated one of Australia's premium I.T. Recruitment agencies for many years, the group still retains access to an extensive network of highly skilled practitioners covering all aspects of the I.T. industry.

IT consulting services
The Optimise Group has a long history of supplying administrative and systems management services to both the government and private sectors.

Survey management systems
The Survey Manager software system runs all types of surveys, including 360 degree multirater surveys. The product is designed to support organizations with large and/or geographically-dispersed workforces operating over multiple time zones.

Survey Services Centre
The Survey Service Centre (SSC) conducts a bureau service, utilising Survey Manager to design and administer web based surveys for its clients. The Centre is able to deliver all types of questionnaires through its web server, and also provides a complete statistical data analysis and reporting service where required.

Web development and consulting services
A wide range of Internet and web services is provided, including web consulting, web site development and development of advanced web-based applications.

Human resources software products
Software provided by The Optimise Group covers areas such as career and succession planning, competency management, training and development, organisation charting and analysis, recruitment, and survey administration and analysis.

Distribution and accounting software
The distribution and accounting software offered by the Group is designed to operate with a number of multi-user operating systems including Windows NT and Unix, and has been installed by numerous Australian and UK-based organisations.
